But the last few days have seen 30+ degree heat - the season turns to summer already.</p> <p>The olive grove is just stunning, the leaves turning blue-grey in the daily evening play of changing light. The scent of Elders fills the air – and mingles with the heady scent of the spring garden, an intoxicating mix that wafts through the office window. Their flower heads will be picked early in the morning, a daily ritual for the next month. </p> <p>A wonderful start to this season.
