1.  Elderberry & Manuka
Combines high grade (300+MGO) Tasmanian Manuka Honey with Ashbolt’s Tasmanian-grown Elderberries.  We add just a hint of star anise, cinnamon and freshly-ground orange zest to create a natural, old-fashioned immune support. 

Ingredients: Fresh (not dried) elderberries & 300+Manuka Honey (both Tasmanian grown), fresh orange zest and just a hint of freshly ground cinnamon and star anise.  Free of additives, artificial flavours, colourings and preservatives.

2. Elderflower Concentrate
Our award-winning Elderflower Concentrate (also known as elderflower cordial or syrup) features a unique and delicate flavour with nuances of a sparkling wine, a mild ginger beer, lychees, flowers, lemons and cider. Perfect for a herbal tea, with sparkling water and/or with gin or vodka. Or drizzle over cakes, desserts, fold through whipped cream or use to ease a sore throat, allergies, colds or flu. 

3. Elderberry No Added Sugar Concentrate
Our Elderberry No Added Sugar Concentrate (also called Elderberry Syrup or Glaze) has a tart, crisp and clean flavour with the same stunning rich ruby-red colour as our original Elderberry Syrup. Elderberry can be used in the kitchen, and is also renowned for its health benefits, perfect to help you through the cold and flu season.

4. Elderflower Salad Dressing

Our original "Best in the World" salad dressing is an exquisite blend highlighting the fresh notes of elderflower and fragrant extra virgin olive oil. Perfect with leafy green salads, but also delicious to serve with vegetables or pasta.
