  • I usually buy Elderberry Flower syrup. But in January I ordered Elderberry & Manuka for the first time, just 4 bottles, just in case. We had tried them in March, when my younger son started coughing and had a high temperature. In about 30 minutes the cough stopped... In about an hour and half the temperature dropped to the normal. Since then my mother-in-law tried it, when she got COVID. She commented that the Elderberry & Manuka eased her cough and she was able to sleep at night. Every now and then when I have a sore throat I take one or two table spoons - it seems it's all I need to feel better :)))
