How to Order

Online Ordering

Ordering through this website is the best way for prompt delivery and secure payment options. Online ordering is available to Australian customers, international orders can be made by one of the following methods.

Order by Phone

Phone 03 within Australia, or +61 3 6261 2203 International to place an order over the phone. We are able to securely process credit card payments by telephone. 

Order by Email

Orders can be emailed to info@ashbolt.com.au We aim to respond to your message within 24 hours.

Payment Restrictions

Ashbolt does not accept American Express credit cards.

Cancellation Policy

If for some reason you must cancel your order, please let us know as soon as possible by phone or email. Orders cancelled before shipping will be refunded in full. Once an order has been shipped or delivered a refund cannot be made.

Goods Unavailable

If, for some reason an item is not in stock, you will be contacted by email or telephone, If you wish to cancel your order due to longer than expected delivery times you may do so.

Order Fulfilment

We aim to ship your order on the next business day. We use both Fastway Couriers and Australia Post services. Delivery within Australia is generally around 2-5 working days to most areas. If your order is in regional areas of Australia, delivery will take longer - please check our Shipping information to assure we can ship to you: https://ashbolt.com.au/pages/shipping

Delivery during Christmas and other peak periods may take up to two weeks. 

Return and Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we trust you will be completely happy with your purchases and our service.

If your order is damaged during delivery, is incorrect, or if you are unsatisfied for any other reason with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days by telephone 0408 890 895 or by email. We are committed to finding a resolution to your issue, whatever that might be. 

Please note, returns and exchanges that are not the result of a defect or a mistake will require additional postage and handling charges to the customer.
