Elderberry - rich in anti-oxidants

The health benefits of Elderberries have been acknowledged throughout history. Its wide range of medicinal benefits (including assistance in treating colds, flu and asthma, arthritis, allergies, diabetes, weight loss and irregular bowel activity) is possibly due to the elderberry’s high anti-oxidant and Vitamin C properties, and its capacity to build the immune system.

Elderflower - “the medicine chest of the country folk”

The elder has been used for four thousand years and is reportedly the oldest herb cultivated by man. Common applications include de-tox, treatment of respiratory problems, building the immune system to protect against colds and influenza, relieving allergies, purifying blood, and maintaining healthy skin.

Olive Oil - a great start to healthy eating

Olive oil is an excellent source of mono-unsaturated fat and a wide variety of antioxidants. An olive oil rich diet leads to greater and longer lasting weight loss than a low fat diet, while helping lower cholesterol and blood pressure. There are some general indicators that the addition of olive oil to a diet can help in the treatment of diabetes, support the immune system and delay the onset of the disease.

Sour Cherries - healthy juice with antiflammatory properties

Sour cherries (prunus cerasus) are also known as tart cherries, are naturally high in antioxidants and vitamins. They also contain high levels of anthocyanins, known to possess strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.

Research has shown that sour cherries may help improve sleep quality, promote skin health and alleviate the symptoms or gout and arthritis, as well as help people recover after a workout.
