These are the products that made Ashbolt famous. Our concentrates, also knows as syrups or cordials, are alive with flavour. 

Handpicked blossoms and berries are harvested on our farm and distilled to capture the very essence of the flowers and fruit - powerful natural flavours that are impossible to reproduce synthetically.

There's no end to the ways you can use these syrups - either hot or cold, sweet or savoury, with alcohol or without, alone or combined with complimentary flavours.
