Delivery within Australia

We use both Fastway Couriers and Australia Post services to deliver across Australia. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout depending on the weight of your order. We aim to ship your order on the next business day.

We reserve the right to select and/or vary our freight carrier and charges. 

Rural and Remote Areas - Shipping Surcharge

Shipping costs within Australia vary wildly depending on location. If you are ordering from regional areas of Australia, final freight fees will need to be calculated and confirmation sent to you for payment prior to shipping. Ashbolt Farm reserves the right to refuse delivery to locations where the costs of shipping are too high. In this case you will be contacted and options discussed, including the right to a full and immediate refund of your order. To avoid any dissatisfaction, please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to find a creative solution to get your Ashbolt products to you.

Peak Periods

Delivery during Christmas and other peak periods may experience longer than normal delivery times. These delays are out of our control, however we can help you with order tracking.

Products not available

If for any reason an item is not in stock, you will be contacted by email or telephone, If you wish to cancel your order due to longer than expected delivery times you may do so. International Delivery

This website does not allow for international orders. Please send us your order by email (do not include credit card details) and we will provide you with a quote for postage to your country. Note - international shipping options are full cartons only.  

 

Return and Exchange Policy

Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we trust you will be completely happy with your purchases and our service.

If your order is damaged during delivery, is incorrect, or if you are unsatisfied for any other reason with your purchase, please contact us within 3 days by telephone 0408 890 895 or by email. We are committed to finding a resolution to your issue, whatever that might be. 

Please note, returns and exchanges that are not the result of a defect or a mistake will require additional postage and handling charges to the customer.
