The Elderflowers are grown here in the Derwent Valley and they really do have a distinctive delicate flavour that not only refreshes, but it is also supposed to be good for you. We are so proud of this creation which started life in my kitchen 30yrs ago as Birthday Party Beverage for children's parties. It was so successful (we were drunk out of house and home) that I thought there was a business in it. Hence 'Ashbolt Elderflower' began.
