Refreshing Non Alcoholic Drink

Our Elderberry Sparkling is a wonderfully refreshing clean, fresh, ruby-red sparkling gourmet beverage made from black elderberries (sambucus nigra) grown here on our farm. Not too sweet and not too dry, with subtle tones of mulberry, blackcurrant and pinot noir.

Our new recipe contains no added sugar and is sweetened with grape juice.

This exquisite sparkling is the drink to share with the whole family for those special occasions. A delightful non-alcoholic alternative to wine or fizzy drinks or as a mixer for elegant cocktails.

How do we make our Elderberry Sparkling?

Lovingly and naturally fermented in the bottle from the tiny, hand-picked fresh Australian Elderberries from our elder trees.

Ingredients: Fresh elderberries, grape juice concentrate, star anise. Contains no artificial flavours or colours. Sediment is a natural part of this product.

100% natural. 100% Tasmanian. We're committed to sustainable, organic farming and use only pristine highland water from the Derwent River. Growing our Australian Elderberries with care and devotion.

Available in cases of 12 x 250ml bottles

Nice refreshing drink

Excellent Elderberry drink which my family like, although for my taste still a bit too sweet, even though sweetened with fruit juices.

Thanks Robert,

Glad the family liked it. Have you tried our Sour Cherry Juice yet - nothing but unfilitered sour cherries, it is very tart, with a great balance.

Cheers
Anne

Excellent quality organic juice AAA+++++

Laurence,

Glad you like our elderberry sparkling. It also comes in 'champers' size for special occasions. Please note, we are not certified organic, but do our best to grow our plants as healthily as possible, with seaweed fertilisers and natural inputs.

Thanks
Anne
