Sour cherry juice in pregnancy

These fixed many unpleasant digestive issues in my first pregnancy and are set to do so through my second - very glad to have these available.

I like the sour cherry neat. But, of late, I have been having it about half an hour before bed as around 1/4 sour cherry 3/4 hot water as a melatonin-inducing bedtime tonic. It seems to work a treat.

Some like it with sparking water. But I am a hot drink girl.

Yes, if I ever wake in the night and can't get back to sleep. Our sour cherry is my go-to drink. I have a good 50 to 100ml, then rinse the cup out with warm water to get every last drop - and am out like a light. I love it.
