Never did I think Sour Cherry Juice would be so delicious, as well as feeling good for you.
Early days but I am sure my sleep is better, less fitful. I look forward to drinking the rest of my order of 3 bottles.

I also find it good before bed - and like some in just-off-the-boil water as I prefer hot drinks. It seems to work well.

Sour Cherry Cold Pressed Unfiltered Juice

I love that this is a raw, healthy, immune building product made in Australia from Australian grown cherries. I love that there is no added sugar. I love that it is cold pressed with nothing else added. I am not over keen on the taste yet but I am sure that will grow on me, or, as you suggest, add it to something else.

Yes, it is pretty amazing. I take Sour Cherry for its capacity to help me sleep and to help with arthritis. I like mine as a warm tea a few hours before bed. Usually have two - I love it so much. But it is tart - and not all people can handle sour/tart notes. Try it on ice-cream or in smoothies.

Try it as a warm drink (off the boil water) just before bed - as a night time toddy. It is supposed to help with sleep as sour cherry is a natural source of melatonin.
