Incorrect product delivered, I ordered 375ml bottles and received 250ml bottles

Hi there, I ordered this product, 375ml bottles and received 12 x 250 ml bottles, so we need some kind of refund for the difference in price. I’m not prepared to mail the 12 250ml bottles back to you

As discussed the other day in my immediate response to your email, this was an error made when my husband took over due to a family emergency. An error was made which we will correct, as agreed, on your next order. Thank you for this.

The error should not have happened, but things can go wrong from time to time in a small business with a small crew. I hope you are satisfied with the outcome (and our lovely sour cherry).

Sour Cherry Juice - delicious to say the least…

My hubby and I have heard a lot of feedback recently about the benefits of Sour Cherry Juice and decided we wanted to try some. After doing some research I came across Ashbolt Farm in Tassy. Loved the fact that their juice is 100% pure with no additives and also loved the fact that the farm is in Tassy as we are born and bred Taswegians who happen to live in Qld!

The only thing that we were hesitant with was the price. I contacted Anne to see if they did sample bottles but alas they don’t. Anne went on to tell me that “we would not be disappointed as the taste was exquisite - a little bit of sour with a little bit of sweet”. We settled on 1 x 375ml bottle and let me tell you Anne was not joking - it is absolutely delicious and we will most certainly be placing another order. Our next order will be a bulk one 😊

To anyone out there who is hesitant because of the price, don’t be, the juice is exactly like Anne said it would be - “exquisite with a little bit of sour and a little bit of sweet”. It’s worth every penny…

Thank you for the delicious 😋 sour cherry juice. Beautifully presented, packaged and sent quickly from Tasmania to the Northern Rivers of New South Wales.
We are enjoying a shot of cherry juice morning and evening from the little bottles as a health tonic, and this evening used the larger bottle of unfiltered juice to dress banana and fresh cream on pancakes. So yum!
An excellent product, obviously made on a small scale, not corporate or mass produced, I swear you can taste the fresh air and love the fruit was grown with, and feel the care and attention the finished product is produced with.
We are pleased to support such a wonderful product!!!
