Blush on Blush

A deliciously light and refreshing way to enjoy a drink this festive season. Lower in alcohol, but so full of flavour! Play around with the quantities to suit your taste.

Ingredients
120ml Rosé Wine*
80ml Elderflower Blush
40ml Soda Water
Ice
Fresh strawberries & rosemary (optional)

Method
1. Pour rosé into your glass of choice
2. Add Elderflower Blush
3. Top with soda water
4. Add ice and give a gentle stir
5. Garnish with strawberries & rosemary if desired

*we used a dry Tasmanian Pinot Noir rosé
