Try a wintery take on our Wattle Flower Cordial with the addition of some warming spices. Serve this one hot or cold, depending on your mood!
20-30ml Ashbolt Wattle Flower Cordial
100-200ml soda water (or freshly boiled water for a hot drink)
1 star anise
2-3 cardamom pods
Ice (if using soda water)
Method
1. Pour the wattle cordial into a glass (or mug)
2. Add star anise
3. Gently crush the cardamom with the back of a knife, then add to glass/mug
5. Add ice to glass (if using)
6. Top with soda water (or freshly boiled water), and stir
