Our Elderberry Sparkling is a wonderfully refreshing clean, fresh, ruby-red sparkling gourmet beverage made from black elderberries (sambucus nigra) grown here on our farm. Not too sweet and not too dry, with subtle tones of mulberry, blackcurrant and pinot noir.

This exquisite sparkling is the drink to share for those special occasions. A delightful non-alcoholic alternative to water, wine or fizzy drinks or as a mixer for elegant cocktails.

Available in cases of 6 x 750ml bottles and 12 x 250ml bottles.

Refreshing non-alcoholic drink

As far as we know, our Ashbolt Elderberry Sparkling is the only non-alcoholic elderberry sparking drink in the world! It contains no additives, artificial flavours, colourings or preservatives. We're committed to sustainable, organic farming and use only pristine highland water from the Derwent River.

Ingredients: Water, Sugar, Fresh Elderberries, Yeast and Citric Acid.

as good as expected

I expected something grand from the elderberries and this mysterious liquid doesn't disappoint.

WIlliam, wonderful. The magic of elderberries continues to surprise over decades, centuries and millennia! It is, after all, the oldest herb cultivated by mankind. So there must be something in it. And it is nice that is good for you as well.
