A lovely drink

I love this product, served very cold, neat or maybe a touch of water added. I don't notice much difference with my sleep but I'm sure my older joints are benefiting. I'll keep monitoring it.

Glad you enjoy our sour cherry. You might like to also try it with hot water before bed. I do seem to get better sleep on the nights I take it. Or more to the point, when I haven't slept well, I look back and realise I didn't take it.

To be really effective - it is nice to combine with a warm bath or shower and a ritual of less light as bed time approaches.

'Best on the Planet!' - that is grand praise indeed. Thank you. But it is the sour cherries that do all the work - picked fresh and bottled, usually same day, if not, within 24 hours.

I am drinking a sour cherry 'tea' now - I have one every evening as i find it helps me sleep through. I have about 1/5 of a cup topped up with hot water. I love it.
