Our original "Best in the World" salad dressing is an exquisite blend highlighting the fresh notes of elderflower and fragrant extra virgin olive oil.

There's no canola or grape seed oils in our dressings, just our very own signature Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The unique flavour characteristics from our elder and olive groves are unlike anything you've tasted before, and will make your next salad into a real conversation starter.

Light and Zesty

Perfect with leafy green salads, but also delicious to serve with vegetables or pasta. Drizzle over warm potatoes, asparagus, avocados, tomatoes & herbs. Add to salmon & prawn salads, grilled fish, sashimi & fresh oysters.

Gluten free and egg free salad dressings

All our dressings and marinades are gluten, egg, preservative and additive free. 100% grown and made in Tasmania.

Thank you for your vote of confidence around our dressings. I have some sad news. This classic will soon be sold out and will not be made any more. We used our stunning olive oil as its principle ingredient (pressed within hours of harvest) and now we have sold the grove, we won't be able to get any more.

I have tried to locate other oils, but none create the magic in the dressing like our oil created.

We expect to be completely sold out by early next year.

Yes, we will be very sad when we no longer can create this dressing. We have sold the olive grove and so, once this batch is gone, it will be over for our dressings. We can't find another oil that anywhere near matches the quality and flavour of our oil.

Same as ever! The usual high standard that one expects and gets from Ashbolt. It's the closest dressing to the French dressing that my grandmother and mother taught to me make - but in those days without the elderflower touch. Ashbolt dressing is simple and without additives which I love.

Awesome, glad you like our 'drinkable' dressing! The flavour is from our stunning olive oil (there is no canola or palm oil in our dressings and they are all onion, gluten, preservative and additive free.
