Award Winning Salad Dressing made with Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Our original "Best in the World" salad dressing is an exquisite blend highlighting the fresh notes of elderflower and fragrant extra virgin olive oil.

There's no canola or grape seed oils in our dressings, just our very own signature Extra Virgin Olive Oil. The unique flavour characteristics from our elder and olive groves are unlike anything you've tasted before, and will make your next salad into a real conversation starter.

Light and Zesty

Perfect with leafy green salads, but also delicious to serve with vegetables or pasta. Drizzle over warm potatoes, asparagus, avocados, tomatoes & herbs. Add to salmon & prawn salads, grilled fish, sashimi & fresh oysters.

Gluten free and egg free salad dressings

All our dressings and marinades are gluten, egg, preservative and additive free. 100% grown and made in Tasmania.

While we call our dressing the Best Salad Dressing in the World a little tongue in cheek, it is pretty jolly good. Mostly because it has no canola or aged oil as its base. It is only made with award winning cool climate extra virgin olive oil - and hence this shows in it flavour profile. It is clean and fresh and I think almost drinkable from the bottle!! I love it over avocado for lunch. No preservatives, no additives, no garlic and onion, just fresh home grown ingredients (except for a touch of salt and pepper).

Salad Dressing

I keep buying it as it is the one we like the best! It would be good if there was a method of drizzling it out as I can't always judge how much will come out! But we really enjoy it - keep making it available please :)

Thanks for your review and feedback. Our Salad Dressings are made with our own medal winning olive oil, which is why they taste so great.

The only way round your query of drizzling I can think of is buying a little pourer while in use. I would recommend removing it after use and reapplying the cap. A bit messy perhaps, but we are a small batch production facility so quite simply can't afford purpose-built bottles.

You can get these little pourers at speciality stores such as catering suppliers or general kitchen equipment stores - they are only a few dollars. The disadvantage in using these is that it is a little harder to reshake the ingredients between serves. So, in our household, we just shake and pour.

Dressing like no other!

We were given a bottle of Elderflower dressing and we love it. Light, refreshing with subtle flavours of the Elderflower. We live in northern NSW and wish we could buy it here!

I do hope I responded personally to this email to thank you. (I have only just worked out how to do so in this new feedback system!).

With the summer coming soon - you might like to order a mixed box of our dressings, oils, vinegar and marinades - they are all refreshing and fresh clean flavours. And don't need to be restricted to salads. I fry my mushrooms in the marinade for a delicious rich flavour, or use them for stir fries and the dressings are also great with fish and pasta and a salad roll.
