Sour Cherry, Ginger & Turmeric Tea

Ingredients:

  • 30ml-60ml Ashbolt Sour Cherry Cold Pressed Juice, to taste
  • Slice of fresh turmeric
  • Slice of ginger
  • Dash of black pepper
  • Boiling water to fill
  • Honey, to taste
  • Optional - add a black or herbal tea bag if desired

Add spices to a teapot, and tea bag if using.
Add boiling water (leaving space for the Sour Cherry) and steep for 3-5 minutes.
Strain into your favourite mug.
Add Sour Cherry Juice, and honey to taste, and stir.
Relax and enjoy!

Serves 1.

Tip - the amount of Sour Cherry you have may cool down the tea. If so, you can warm the Sour Cherry on the stove or in the microwave before adding.

Play around with the quantities and spices until you find your perfect mix.
