Use these elder syrups separately or together in a lemon and ginger tea!  Just add hot water to a slice of fresh ginger and/or lemon and add a shot to taste. A relaxing night time toddy or immune-building health tonic to keep winter chills at bay.

Serve with soda and ice, add an optional dash of gin, vodka or sparkling wine to create the perfect summer cocktail.
